• personal property security realization

Amanda is experienced in both commercial finance and insolvency and realization matters.  She regularly assists banks and credit unions in commercial lending transactions, with a particular focus on real estate development and construction financing, First Nations lending, and aircraft financing. Amanda also represents institutional and private lenders in loan and security enforcement matters.
